Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

We unconditionally guarantee all unused or defective merchandise for 7 days from the receipt of shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any unused merchandise in it's original condition within 7 days for a prompt refund or exchange; the only exception is HANDBAGS and personalized or custom made items.

Your account will be credited for the price of the item. Your credit will appear after BagExpo has received, inspected and processed your returned item through our return procedure. Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
